In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
As the Social Media and Content Lead, you will manage our social media channels, coordinate content creation, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and brand awareness.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and highly organized with a passion for storytelling and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
- Manage social media community engagement and respond to audience interactions.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep algahwaalarabiya at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Coordinate with external vendors and influencers as needed to enhance social media presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a leadership role.
- Influencer outreach and day to day (shooting tools reels TikTok, bts, stories in iPhone or DSLR Light)
- produce the daily content and stream themselves and brief the creative producer for compagin level work
- Bilingual Arabic & English captioning is must
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to drive strategy.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
