Help newly hired faculty members, teachers, lecturers, and professors join an educational institution smoothly.
Coordinate recruitment formalities, collect documents, explain institutional policies, and prepare faculty to begin their duties.

Faculty onboarding duties
- Collect and verify educational certificates, experience letters, identity documents, background checks, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, joining forms, and appointment documentation.
- Communicate joining dates, schedules, reporting managers, and required documents to newly hired faculty.
- Organize orientation sessions on institutional policies, teaching procedures, systems, and workplace expectations.
- Work with HR, academic departments, administration, and IT to complete onboarding requirements.
- Coordinate email accounts, learning-management system access, staff IDs, and other setup.
- Track pending documents, resolve joining issues, and ensure onboarding steps are completed on time.
- Maintain faculty records and update onboarding trackers, HR databases, or spreadsheets.
Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; strong organization, coordination, and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and professional handling of confidential information.
- Previous HR, recruitment, academic administration, or onboarding experience is preferred.
