Role overview
Experienced local OHSE professionals will support on-site health and safety compliance activities across Qatar, including Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt the corporate OH&S checklist to local legislation.
- Conduct on-site health and safety inspections and collect supporting evidence.
- Identify and prioritize compliance gaps and corrective actions.
- Prepare clear, structured audit documentation and action plans.
- Work with local management, building managers, and contractors.
- Report in English to the OHSE Project Director.
Ideal profile
- Strong knowledge of local OH&S regulations and proven health and safety audit and site inspection experience.
- A recognized health and safety qualification is preferred.
- Fluent in the local language and comfortable working in English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Practical and commercially minded, with a strong commitment to evidence integrity.
