RINA is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for its Operations and Maintenance Engineering Division in Mumbai.
The role supports asset-maintenance work in engineering consulting projects and is accountable for assigned tasks and engineering activities.
Key accountabilities
- Manage project specifications, procedures, calculations, reports, and other technical documentation; ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Develop and update asset registers containing asset identification, location, condition, and maintenance history.
- Design, customize, and implement CMMS templates to meet project requirements and client needs.
- Develop maintenance plans and workload plans aligned with asset needs, operational requirements, project timelines, and available resources.
- Use AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SmartPlant for asset-maintenance activities and MS Office for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
- Perform assigned engineering design, analysis, documentation, and reporting; review and approve deliverables against project requirements and industry standards.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
- More than two years of experience in asset maintenance management; engineering-consulting experience is preferred.
Qualifications and competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, SmartPlant, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and familiarity with relevant asset-maintenance engineering standards and regulations.
Work location
- The position is based in Mumbai, India; the description does not specify a remote or hybrid arrangement.
