Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the corporate health and safety checklist to local legislation.
• Conduct on-site health and safety inspections and collect supporting evidence.
• Identify and prioritize compliance gaps and corrective actions.
• Prepare structured audit documentation and action plans.
• Work with local management, building managers, and contractors.
• Provide reports in English to the OHSE Project Director.

Ideal profile

• Strong knowledge of local OH&S regulations and proven health and safety audit or site-inspection experience.
• A recognized health and safety qualification is preferred.
• Fluency in the local language and comfort working in English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills; a practical, commercially minded approach; and commitment to evidence integrity.

• On-site health and safety compliance work in Dubai.
