Client Services
- Deliver high-quality customer support across calls, chats, and emails
- Explain policy coverage, benefits, and terms clearly
- Support policy issuance, renewals, and claims-related queries
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
Sales & Renewals Support
- Generate quotations and assess customer needs
- Convert leads into policyholders through effective sales techniques
- Support renewals and meet assigned targets
Reporting & Coordination
- Track performance, lost business, and market feedback
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and internal teams
- Contribute ideas to improve customer retention and sales efficiency
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center/ telesales environment
- Prior experience in the insurance sector is required
