Job Purpose

This role combines

customer service excellence with sales and operational responsibilities

.

You will handle customer inquiries, provide product and policy guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience while also supporting

insurance sales, renewals, and lead generation

across multiple product lines.

Client Services

  • Deliver high-quality customer support across calls, chats, and emails
  • Explain policy coverage, benefits, and terms clearly
  • Support policy issuance, renewals, and claims-related queries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups

Sales & Renewals Support

  • Generate quotations and assess customer needs
  • Convert leads into policyholders through effective sales techniques
  • Support renewals and meet assigned targets

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track performance, lost business, and market feedback
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and internal teams
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer retention and sales efficiency

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center/ telesales environment
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector is required
