Job Summary

Provide high-level executive and operational support to the Under Secretary by managing the Executive Office, coordinating strategic priorities, and ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day operations.

The role serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement, executive communications, governance, and follow-up on key initiatives in a fast-paced government environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Under Secretary's Office, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and execution of all activities.
  • Coordinate executive calendars, high-level meetings, official visits, and complex schedules.
  • Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, talking points, and correspondence for senior leadership.
  • Monitor strategic priorities and ensure timely follow-up on action items across multiple departments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior government officials and strategic partners.
  • Review, prioritize, and track incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
  • Support the preparation of executive committee meetings, leadership forums, and official engagements.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling highly sensitive information and executive documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvements in office operations, governance, and executive support processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum
  • 5 years of experience
  • , including at least 3 years supporting C-level executives, CEOs, Deputy Ministers, Assistant Under Secretaries, or equivalent senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience within the UAE Government or semi-government sector is highly preferred.
