Overview

A leading company in the transportation, tourism, and Hajj & Umrah services sector is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and develop its Riyadh branch.

The role is responsible for driving branch performance, business growth, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance across transportation, tourism, Hajj & Umrah, VIP, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Riyadh office and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, travel agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support branch growth.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure timely execution of services and client requirements.
  • Manage branch administration, documentation, expenses, vendor coordination, and office assets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and the transition to automated systems.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff while maintaining a customer-focused and performance-driven environment.
  • Monitor branch performance and prepare operational, sales, and management reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia, including branch or office management within transportation, tourism, Hajj & Umrah, or service operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of branch operations, client servicing, transport coordination, budgeting, reporting, and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
