Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative In-Charge to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination among all departments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employees, assigning and monitoring tasks, following up on work progress, and handling major administrative functions to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Follow up with staff on ongoing projects and operational requirements.
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and effective communication within the workplace.
  • Handle major administrative duties, including documentation, record keeping, and office management.
  • Coordinate with management regarding employee performance and operational matters.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration when needed.
  • Manage office resources and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management, administration, or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi, Urdu is an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
