Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Female Admin Cum Accounts Assistant** to support the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate should have UAE experience and be capable of handling financial records, office administration, and employee documentation efficiently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and filing systems.
  • Maintain employee records, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with visa, labour, Emirates ID, and insurance-related processes.
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and company documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and government authorities.
  • Manage office supplies and general administrative activities.
  • Support management with daily operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Administration and Accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with accounting software .
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
