Chartered Accountant

Location:** Dubai, UAE

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting and finance operations across the Company's three branches.
• Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
• Monitor and improve financial processes and reporting systems.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience within the UAE.
• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the transport, logistics, construction, or building materials industry will be a strong advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.**
