Office Assistant & Receptionist (Arabic Speaker)
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and presentable Office Assistant & Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic and English. This role combines administrative support with front-desk responsibilities and office upkeep. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for visitors while maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient office space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Open doors and welcome guests with proper etiquette
- Offer refreshments such as water, coffee, or tea to guests
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk communication in Arabic and English
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, reception area, and meeting rooms
- Arrange and rearrange office seating and meeting room setups as required
- Prepare meeting rooms before and after use (cleaning, setting up, organizing materials)
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry items, and refreshments
- Take initiative to ensure the office is always presentable
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or similar role
- Presentable, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing or hospitality roles
- Familiarity with office management procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
