Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and well-presented individual to maintain office cleanliness while providing basic office and reception support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain office areas (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms)
  • Ensure the office is tidy and organized at all times
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
  • Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and senior management
  • Support day-to-day office operations and errands
  • Monitor and restock cleaning and pantry supplies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning or office support is an advantage
  • Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
  • **Intermediate (mid-level) communication skills in English**
