Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and well-presented individual to maintain office cleanliness while providing basic office and reception support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain office areas (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms)
- Ensure the office is tidy and organized at all times
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
- Greet clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and senior management
- Support day-to-day office operations and errands
- Monitor and restock cleaning and pantry supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or office support is an advantage
- Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor
- Intermediate (mid-level) communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
