Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our administrative team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for an individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day office tasks, support various departments, and help maintain a professional and productive work environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering administrative support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and different departments.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence professionally.
  • Organize, file, scan, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, letters, and business documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document deliveries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate office databases and records.
  • Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and efficiently managed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
