Overview

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in **Dubai**.

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about human resources and enjoys supporting recruitment, employee administration, and daily HR operations.

The successful candidate will assist in creating a positive workplace while ensuring HR processes are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Support attendance management, leave administration, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
