Overview
Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a dynamic and organized **HR Executive** to support the company’s human resources operations in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee performance records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Support performance management and employee development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management practices.
- Professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
