Office Administrator
About This Role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Business Operations & Accounts Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational and financial coordination, including:
- Invoice creation and tracking
- Payroll processing and salary coordination
- Vendor coordination and quotations
- Payment follow-ups
- Vendor bill verification
- Employee claims and reimbursements
- Client call handling and communication
- Administrative and scheduling support
This role is focused on reducing leadership overhead, improving financial discipline, and ensuring smooth execution across operations.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Required)
Work Location: In person
