We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the smooth operation of our office and provide essential administrative support to management and staff. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, communication, and organization within the workplace. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys handling multiple responsibilities with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations Management:
- Ensure day-to-day office activities run smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, and record keeping
Administrative Support:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain attendance records and assist with payroll processes
Office Environment & Compliance:
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa (company will not provide visa sponsorship)
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of HR and finance processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
