Job Summary
The Office Administrator (Senior level) is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, manage the entire team in site coordination, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting various departments including HR, Accounts, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain office filing systems (physical & digital records.
- Assist Accounts team with basic documentation, invoices, and LPOs
- Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support Operations team in scheduling and coordination
- Maintain proper documentation for projects and contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in UAE (Technical Services / Maintenance / Fit-out preferred)
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
