Job Summary
**Technopoint Technical Services LLC** is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Maintainance & fitout industry based on dubai hiring **Business Development Executive**to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our maintenance and fit-out services across residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals.
- Meet potential clients and present the company's maintenance and fit-out solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until project confirmation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and property management companies.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (maintenance, fit-out, construction, or facilities management preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential are also encouraged to apply.**(Female Preferred)**
