J**ob Title: Purchaser / Procurement Officer (Maintenance & Fit-Out)**
We are looking for an experienced *Purchaser * to join our Maintenance & Fit-Out team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit suppliers and shops to source materials and obtain quotations
- Compare quotations and prepare price comparison reports
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best prices and terms
- Purchase materials as per project requirements
- Coordinate material dispatch to stores and project sites
- Manage and monitor company vehicle stock and inventory
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays
- Maintain supplier relationships and update supplier databases
- Submit daily procurement and stock reports to management
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in maintenance, fit-out, construction, or MEP industries
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local suppliers and building materials
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
