The **Joinery Supervisor** is responsible for managing and overseeing all joinery workshop and site activities, ensuring that production and installation are completed efficiently, on time, and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery workshop and site activities
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines
- Interpret technical and shop drawings accurately
- Ensure all work meets quality and design specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers
- Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify issues promptly
- Control material usage and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Train and support joinery staff and carpenters
- Resolve site/workshop issues efficiently
Requirements
- Diploma / Certification in Carpentry, Joinery, or related field
- Minimum 3**–5 years** experience in joinery / fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of joinery production and installation
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of joinery materials and finishes
- Familiarity with tools and machinery
- Basic English communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
