The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and assisting staff and management with day-to-day tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Greet visitors and provide customer service support.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling software and office management systems.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 per hour
