About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, developing business opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets for interior fit-out and renovation projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, site visits, and social media platforms.
- Meet potential clients, consultants, contractors, and corporate companies.
- Prepare and present company profile, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for project requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Update CRM and maintain proper sales records and reports.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings when required.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of UAE market and client handling.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
