Off-Road Trail Guide

Responsibilities

• Adapt your coaching style to suit different skill levels within a group.
• Clearly explain complex vehicle systems and driving techniques in simple terms.
• Lead groups with varying abilities across different types of terrain and in all weather conditions.
• Monitor and adjust to changing trail conditions as needed.
• Perform trail repairs and maintenance when necessary.
• Report any vehicle maintenance needs.
• Clean and detail vehicles as needed.
• Maintain trail equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete and pass company-provided instructor training and certification.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Off-road driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to accept feedback and direction from supervisors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and solve problems effectively.
• Strong focus on guest service, always striving to exceed expectations.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles off-road is required.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
