Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver must have a clean driving record and hold a driver’s license with a Passenger (P) endorsement.

As the Shuttle Driver will be the first touchpoint for all program participants so impeccable social and hospitality skills are a must.

In addition to shuttle transfers, the Shuttle Driver will be assigned tasks, as need, by the Site Director.

• Operate the shuttle between event parking area and campus .
• Tasks as assigned by supervisor(s) on staff.

• Must be able to respond to direction and critiques from supervisors.
• Must have excellent verbal skills
• Must be hospitality driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and timeliness.
• Able to work independently, exercise good judgement, and effectively problem solve; ideal candidate should also have demonstrated ability to anticipate and troubleshoot challenges.
• Attuned to guest experience needs and proactively solve problems.
• Ability to work with other people with a positive work attitude.
• Ability to present a professional image in both appearance and behavior.

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).

Certificates and Licenses:

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and, at a minimum, hold a driver’s license with a Passenger (P) endorsement.
• Minimum of 3 years with said endorsement (P) and able to show previous employment as a driver.

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency in reading and writing instructions is a must
• Communicate clearly with coworkers, vendors, customers and management team.
