About This Role
Job Purpose
To manage and coordinate all government-related processes and documentation for the company, with a focus on off-plan real estate procedures in Dubai, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations and smooth processing of transactions.
1. Government Liaison
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and government authorities
- Handle all transactions with relevant departments, including:
Dubai Economic Department (DED)
- Immigration and Labour offices
- Ensure timely submission and processing of all applications and approvals
2. Off-Plan Real Estate Procedures
- Manage documentation and processes related to off-plan property sales
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with DLD and RERA regulations for off-plan transactions
- Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

- Off-plan & Secondary Real Estate field: 2 years (Required)
