Hiring Experienced Real Estate Agents (Off-Plan & Secondary) – Dubai

Casper Properties is actively hiring **experienced real estate agents** specializing in **off-plan and secondary market sales** to join our high-performance team in Dubai.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum **1 year experience in Dubai real estate**
  • Strong knowledge of **off-plan & secondary market**
  • Proven ability to **close deals consistently**
  • Confident with **client handling, negotiations & follow-ups**
  • Experience using **CRM systems & property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)**
