Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate multiple Odoo implementation projects simultaneously from initiation to closure
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and status reports
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations using project management tools
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly project reviews, and stakeholder meetings
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Manage change requests and ensure scope changes are documented and approved
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication
- Prepare and deliver clear project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and obtain client sign-offs
- Organize training schedules, go-live planning, and post-implementation support handovers
Documentation & Administration
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, action logs, and decision registers
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist in invoicing and resource planning
- Ensure project artifacts are stored, versioned, and accessible to all team members
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal preparation and project scoping
