Development
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python (ORM), XML,, and JavaScript/OWL
- Build and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems via REST API, SOAP, and webhooks
- Develop custom QWeb reports, dashboards, and portal views
- Perform data migrations, ETL pipelines, and import/export scripts
- Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Write unit tests and participate in code review processes
Technical Infrastructure
- Manage Odoo deployments on Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian) and cloud environments (, AWS, Azure)
- Configure and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including query tuning and indexing
- Set up CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps workflows
- Ensure security best practices across all customizations and integrations
Collaboration
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide effort estimates for development tasks and maintain accurate documentation
- Support UAT, debugging, and issue resolution during project go-lives
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge base
