Alif Ya Nursery in Dubai is seeking a **highly experienced native Arabic speaker Nursery Manager** to lead operations and ensure full compliance with **UAE early childhood education regulations**.
The ideal candidate should possess **strong leadership skills**, **proficiency in nursery management**, and **fluent communication in both Arabic and English** to engage effectively with parents, staff, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
**Oversee daily nursery operations**, ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory bodies, including **KHDA, DHA, and Dubai Municipality**.
**Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment** for children in accordance with UAE standards.
**Ensure all staff and operational procedures align with best practices** in early childhood education.
**Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff**, ensuring their professional development and performance assessments.
**Serve as the main point of contact** for governmental inspections, documentation, and compliance.
**Manage** **admissions, curriculum updates, and parent communication**, fostering transparency and collaboration.
**Oversee budget planning, financial operations, and resource management**, ensuring sustainability and cost efficiency.
**Support marketing and community engagement** to promote the nursery’s educational programs.
**Coordinate with** **external vendors**, health and safety officials, and extracurricular service providers to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- **NCFE CACHE Level 5 in Early Years Education or equivalent** (mandatory).
- -**Minimum 5 years of experience** in nursery or early childhood management. **Comprehensive knowledge of UAE childcare laws and regulatory requirements**.
- -**Fluent in Arabic and English** – essential for effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
- -**Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills**.
