Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Abu Dhabi.
The Nursery Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the safety, welfare, and development of children.
The responsibilities include implementing safeguarding policies, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with local regulations, managing budgets, and fostering effective communication with parents and the team.
The Nursery Manager will also lead curriculum planning to provide stimulating and creative learning opportunities for children.
Qualifications
- 5 plus years experience in Nursery Management and overall nursery operations in the UAE
- Strong understanding and commitment to Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
- Cache 5 qaualification
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or nursery management
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and oversee compliance
- Experience working in a child-centered environment, with a focus on fostering development
- Familiarity with the educational and childcare regulations in Abu Dhabi is an advantage
