About The Role
We are seeking a DHA Registered Nurse with strong sales and consultation skills to join a premium longevity and wellness clinic.
This role combines clinical expertise with patient education and business development, helping clients understand and enroll in personalized wellness and longevity programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and explain longevity, wellness, and preventive healthcare programs.
- Recommend suitable wellness packages and treatment plans based on patient needs and physician recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer nursing procedures including IV therapies, injections, blood collection, and health assessments when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the clinic management system.
- Educate patients on treatment benefits, lifestyle modifications, and wellness solutions.
- Support marketing events, health campaigns, and patient engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in wellness, aesthetics, preventive healthcare, functional medicine, or luxury healthcare.
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, patient counseling, or treatment package sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven with excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Professional, confident, and passionate about health optimization and longevity.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or other languages are an added advantage).
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
