- Lead root cause analyses (RCA) for sentinel events, near-misses, and clinical errors, and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate mock surveys and internal audits to maintain continuous readiness for JCI, CBAHI, or other accreditation bodies.
- Drive continuous quality improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across various nursing units.
