This role focuses primarily on high-level administrative functions, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and long-term strategic resource planning for the nursing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in executive-level strategic planning and policy formulation for the nursing workforce.
- Manage large-scale nursing budgets, capital expenditures, and workforce recruitment/retention strategies.
- Ensure the entire nursing department meets national and international healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., JCI or CBAHI).
- Serve as the primary liaison between the nursing body and hospital executive leadership.
