- Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Ensure network and system security through updates and security controls.
- Perform data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
- Document network configurations, incidents, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve technical issues and support projects.
- **Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science / IT** or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience within a large IT infrastructure.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
