About This Role
Overview
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity to ensure optimal network performance and maximum uptime.
- Configure and administer Windows and Linux servers, including user account management, file systems, and security policies.
- Oversee IP addressing schemes and manage DHCP and DNS services to ensure efficient network operations.
- Monitor network security, respond to threats, and maintain firewall rules and access control policies.
- Perform regular system backups, implement disaster recovery plans, and conduct routine maintenance to safeguard data integrity.
- Deploy, configure, and support networked devices such as printers, VoIP systems, and wireless access points, ensuring seamless integration.
- Conduct periodic network performance analysis and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and speed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, asset inventories, and network diagrams.
- Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Experience in CCTV configuration and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- SIRA Engineering certification reqired.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
