Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco networking infrastructure including Nexus 7000 switches, Cisco ACI, Cisco Catalyst 3850/9300 access switches, and Wireless Controllers.
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco IP Telephony solutions to ensure reliable voice communications.
- Configure and administer F5 Load Balancers for traffic optimization, high availability, and redundancy.
- Manage and support enterprise firewall platforms including Cisco FTD, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
- Configure and maintain secure remote connectivity solutions such as Cisco AnyConnect VPN and Site-to-Site VPNs.
- Administer Meraki switches and security appliances within the enterprise network environment.
- Utilize Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control, policy enforcement, and secure authentication.
- Manage Azure networking services including Virtual Networks (VNet), Network Virtual Appliances (NVA), subscriptions, and regional deployments.
- Support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking services including VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, and Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance to ensure maximum uptime, security, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing Cisco networking technologies and enterprise network environments.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, routing, switching, and security concepts.
- Knowledge of network protocols, application transport technologies, and connectivity solutions.
- Experience using network monitoring, diagnostic, and analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.
