We are hiring
2 Change Management Specialists
to drive structured transformation initiatives across people, process, technology, and digital programs.
This role involves working closely with business leaders, PMO, and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and successful delivery of change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute
- change management strategies & impact assessments
- Drive
- stakeholder engagement, communication & adoption plans
- Identify resistance and implement
- mitigation strategies
- Coordinate
- training & capability development programs
- Track
- change adoption KPIs
- and report progress to leadership
- Align with
- PMO governance, timelines, and reporting frameworks
Required Skills
- Strong experience in
- Change Management frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR / APMG)
- Expertise in
- stakeholder management & organizational transformation
- Experience in
- change communication, readiness & training coordination
- Exposure to
- digital or enterprise transformation programs

3–6 years
