Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and other network devices.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and networking equipment.
- Provide technical support for network, server, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Work with virtualization environments, including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Manage servers and Active Directory, including user access and system administration.
- Install, upgrade, maintain, and configure IT infrastructure systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Document network configurations, infrastructure, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant IT infrastructure or networking experience.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, networking devices, virtualization, and Windows Server.
- Good configuration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, SonicWall, Cisco, or similar firewall solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Cisco, Ruijie, Aruba, HPE, or similar networking solutions is preferred.
- CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
- A UAE driving license is advantageous.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
