Accounting and bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Record supplier invoices, customer receipts, and petty cash transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, timely payments and collections, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
VAT, compliance, and reporting
- File UAE VAT returns, maintain records, stay updated on corporate tax rules, and assist with tax documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and government authorities when required.
- Prepare periodic financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, expense analyses, and audit schedules.
- Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; at least 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in an IT or trading company in the UAE is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems; understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, attention to detail, deadline management, and good communication and coordination.
Preferences
Telugu-speaking candidates and candidates with spouse visas are highly preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,501 per month.

- Work is in person.
