Workplace
- The position requires full-time on-site presence.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining organization-wide network services and solutions.
- Support network troubleshooting under the guidance of senior team members.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures and network diagrams.
- Learn and apply basic security protocols and network operations best practices.
- Shadow and support management of Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Meraki, and OpManager.
- Contribute to performance optimization and service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand networking across IT operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in networking technologies and IT infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of IP addressing, routing, and switching.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn and adapt.
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification, in progress, or planned is a bonus.
