Role Description
This part-time, on-site Native Level English Teacher role is based in Abu Dhabi.
The teacher will design and deliver engaging English lessons that support varied learner levels and individual needs, using interactive and communicative methods.
Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback.
The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to align teaching strategies with Mind Base Education’s learner-centered philosophy, maintain accurate records of student performance, and participate in meetings or training sessions as required.
The role requires a consistent classroom presence, professional conduct, and a commitment to empowering students to improve their English proficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience supporting diverse learners.
- Ability to create clear, structured Lesson Planning aligned with modern Education practices.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining concepts, motivating students, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Native-level or near-native English proficiency, with accurate grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary use.
- Relevant teaching qualification or degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Experience teaching English in classroom or small-group settings, preferably in international or multicultural environments.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, adapt teaching methods, and use learner-centered approaches.
