About The Role
We are seeking Academic Facilitators (Student Success Coaches) to join a large-scale academic improvement programme across UAE school sites.
You will supervise and support 100+ students in self-led learning sessions, acting as a coach and guide — not a teacher.
You will ensure engagement, track participation and progress, support students with documentation and application forms, and work alongside site coordinators and academic leads to deliver consistent outcomes across locations.
This is a people-first role.
The right candidate leads with patience and curiosity, builds trust quickly with students, and maintains composure in dynamic, large-group environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support students during structured self-led learning sessions
- Act as a Student Success Coach — encouraging engagement, motivation, and discipline
- Support Arabic-speaking student groups with communication and comprehension
- Assist students in completing required forms and programme documentation
- Collect, verify, and consolidate student progress and attendance data
- Ensure smooth session management and a focused environment across assigned sites
- Report attendance, participation, and key observations to site coordinators
- Coordinate with fellow facilitators and academic leads for cohesive delivery
- Adapt quickly to different venue layouts and student demographics across locations
- Identify and escalate pastoral or welfare concerns promptly
