Role overview

Nail services and client care

• Perform manicures, pedicures, polish applications, nail extensions, infills, refills, overlays, repairs, and safe product removal.
• Provide nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, natural nail treatments, nail art, French manicures, ombré, and customized designs.
• Assess nail conditions and consult with clients on preferences, shapes, colors, treatments, and suitable products.
• Maintain client comfort and satisfaction and encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.
• Recommend nail care products and additional services where appropriate.

Hygiene and salon operations

• Sterilize and disinfect tools and clean workstations and equipment after every client.
• Use clean towels, disposable materials, and protective equipment; safely handle products, chemicals, and waste.
• Maintain personal hygiene and follow salon health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Keep the nail station organized and ready, monitor supplies, and care for tools and equipment.
• Follow appointment schedules and provide services on time without compromising quality.
• Support promotions and marketing activities and coordinate with salon colleagues.

Sales and performance

• Contribute to individual and salon revenue targets by promoting packages, add-on treatments, and retail nail care products.
• Encourage repeat bookings, follow salon prices and payment policies, and maintain service standards.
• Performance indicators include client satisfaction and retention, service quality, sales, punctuality, hygiene, and teamwork.

Candidate requirements

• Proven professional nail technician experience and strong practical skills in manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail enhancements.
• Know nail anatomy, product application, hygiene, and safe removal techniques; be able to create nail art and customized designs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service quality.
• Experience with soft gel, hard gel, acrylic, or other professional extension systems is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certification is preferred; a portfolio of previous nail work is an advantage.

Working conditions

• Work according to assigned salon shifts and schedules.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods as required.
• Follow salon policies, procedures, and management instructions.

Pay

• Pay is AED 1,900–5,800 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
