Role purpose

Beauty services and client experience

• Perform eyebrow shaping, threading, waxing, and tweezing based on client preferences and facial features.
• Provide tinting, mapping, lamination, lash lifting, or lash tinting only when trained and authorized.
• Consult with clients, assess suitability, recommend services and aftercare, and maintain precision and consistent quality.
• Welcome clients, deliver the salon's luxury service experience, build relationships, encourage repeat bookings, and handle feedback professionally.

Sales, hygiene, and teamwork

• Meet individual monthly sales targets; recommend services, packages, memberships, gift cards, and retail products; support promotions and events.
• Maintain service, sales, and client records; work to improve average spending, retention, and rebooking.
• Sterilize and disinfect reusable tools, use disposable tools appropriately, and never reuse single-use items.
• Maintain a clean workstation; follow hygiene, infection-control, and safety procedures; check for allergies, sensitivities, and contraindications.
• Protect client confidentiality, coordinate with salon colleagues, follow procedures, participate in training and reviews, and report stock, equipment, or client issues.

Qualifications and experience

• Previous experience as an eyebrow specialist or brow technician, with demonstrated skills in shaping, threading, waxing, and relevant brow services.
• Relevant professional training or certification; relevant UAE professional approvals or permits where required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills, professional presentation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented salon.
• Knowledge of hygiene and infection-control procedures.

Pay

• Pay starts from AED 3,000 per month.
