Role profile

Production and content delivery

• Plan and execute professional video and photography shoots, including drone work subject to site access, approvals, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate briefs, shot lists, schedules, and production with the Team Lead, Social Media Creative, and operational stakeholders.
• Capture interviews, events, facility walkthroughs, infrastructure and project footage, behind-the-scenes content, employee stories, and operational achievements.
• Produce and edit content for social media, internal communications, presentations, campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare vertical, square, and widescreen formats; apply colour correction, basic grading, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Manage media ingestion, file organisation, naming, backups, archiving, and final asset delivery; review work for quality and brief alignment.
• Collaborate with design, social media, and communications teams to maintain visual and brand consistency.
• Maintain production equipment, obtain site permissions, minimise disruption, and comply with safety, security, privacy, and filming requirements.

Required experience and qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in videography, photography, multimedia production, content creation, or a closely related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilisation systems, and audio equipment.
• Proven professional video editing and post-production experience, including hands-on drone photography and videography.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, framing, lighting, sound recording, and visual storytelling.
• Experience producing social media and digital communication content, including short-form video.
• Ability to independently plan and execute shoots from briefing through final delivery; strong organisation and digital asset management experience.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations, facilities, and events as required.
• Experience in corporate, infrastructure, construction, engineering, architecture, real estate, facilities, or project-based settings is preferred.
• A relevant degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Photography, Media Production, or a related discipline is preferred.

Technical skills and competencies

• Technical skills include professional DSLR, mirrorless, and video camera systems; lighting and audio equipment; drone/UAV work; video editing; and post-production.
• Listed software includes Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Additional techniques include basic motion graphics and animation, colour correction and grading, audio editing and enhancement, and social media video production.
• Core competencies include visual storytelling, creativity, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, time management, site coordination, problem solving, independence, adaptability, and brand awareness.
