Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts, themes, scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments for social media and corporate communications.
• Plan and deliver video shoots, including videography, lighting, audio recording, editing, and final delivery.
• Design branded social posts, carousels, infographics, campaign materials, short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics.
• Translate technical and project information into accurate, audience-friendly content; coordinate information, approvals, and revisions with PMO stakeholders.
• Maintain content calendars and organized project files, manage multiple projects, deliver approved assets on time, and monitor performance and engagement.

Required qualifications and skills

• At least six years of relevant experience in digital content creation, social media design, graphic design, or multimedia production, including hands-on videography.
• Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film, or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating concepts, graphic design, short-form video, motion graphics, and end-to-end production.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent professional tools.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and stabilization systems.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, composition, branding, and social media format knowledge; excellent communication, coordination, and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments, incorporate feedback, and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

• UAE-based creative agency experience or multi-brand campaign experience is preferred.
• Arabic typography and bilingual content creation knowledge are preferred.
• Experience in aviation, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or corporate communications is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows, content planning, social media analytics, and performance reporting is preferred.
