Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through systematic tracking.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure materials are handled and stored properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and movement trends.

Requirements

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and conflict resolution
• Experience in Shipping & Receiving, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods
• Proficiency in Material Handling and Inventory Control processes
• Certified and experienced in Forklift Operation
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred

Qualifications
