Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician (AC, Painting, Deep Cleaning & Marble Works)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Multi-Skilled Technician to carry out Air Conditioning (AC), Painting, Deep Cleaning, and Marble restoration/maintenance works across residential, commercial, and retail projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more of these trades and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform AC maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and minor installation works.
- Carry out painting works including surface preparation, patchwork, sanding, priming, and finishing.
- Execute deep cleaning services for residential, commercial, and office premises.
- Perform marble polishing, crystallization, grinding, restoration, and maintenance works.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and according to company quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Follow health and safety regulations while working on-site.
- Report site issues, material requirements, and work progress to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
- Attend emergency maintenance calls when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AC, Painting, Deep Cleaning, Marble Works, or Facility Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and capable of working on multiple sites.
- Familiarity with UAE safety standards is an advantage.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Multi-trade experience in maintenance and fit-out works.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
